BLEND: Pinot noir 5%. Chardonnay 60%. Pinot Meunier 35 %. crus : Berru and Montbré, montagne de Reims. This champagne is a ten vintages blend, with a majority of 2001 and 2002, and approximately 10 % of vintages older than 1996

WINE MAKING: After 6 months in inox tun, spent 3 years ageing sur lattes then 3 months sur dose.

This champagne is BRUT, (dry), very few liquor in the champagnisation process.

COMMENTS : We sought the roasted and flowered flavours of the chardonnay, the red fruits of the pinot noir, with however a little tannic structure for the behaviour in time. The bubble is fine, but without too pronounced an oxidation.

SERVICE : This champagne will ideally be drunk at 11°C (52°F), that is to say a service in very fresh flute, around 8°C (46°F)
