TERROIR: This wine is the result of the association of six different terroirs all located with the AOC Pic Saint Loup and Gres de Montpellier with clay and limestone soils
YIELD: Less than 50hl per hectar (average)
TASTING NOTES: Vivid golden color, Very intense and complex nose, with notes going from green lime to candied apricot, but also showing hints of Citrus fruits and white flowers. Mouthfeel is soft and silky. This traditionnal viognier is at the same time, round, fresh and aromatic.
FOOD PAIRING: as an aperitif, on its own or with summer dishes, white meats, hard cheesesn or even with light in sugar desserts
SERVING TEMPERATURE: to be drunk cold 11°C (52°F)
