BLEND: 40% syrah, 20% grenache, 20% mourvèdre, 20% cinsault and carignan. a blend of wines coming from ten different villages, in order to have a very aromatic wine.

WINE MAKING: We have chosen grapes with a maximum of maturity for each grape variety. We thus obtained alliance fruity + floral + spices which enables it to be already ready to drink in 2007, while keeping a good potential of ageing.

Drink with : White meats, red meats, southern and spiced cuisine. Temperature: 16 °c.
